Whapi.Cloud offers solutions tailored to every user — developers can leverage our Cloud API, non-technical users can use our no-code tool, and businesses short on time can take advantage of our done-for-you bulk checking service.
Whapi.Cloud offers a user-friendly, no-code tool for checking WhatsApp numbers — perfect for anyone, even without programming knowledge. Whether you’re not a programmer or simply prefer a quick, straightforward solution, this tool allows you to verify WhatsApp numbers in bulk without any technical setup. Just follow these simple steps, and you’ll be ready to check your contacts effectively.
To use our No-Code WhatsApp Number Checker, you’ll need to connect your own WhatsApp account to our platform. This setup lets you automate checks to see if other phone numbers have WhatsApp accounts, using your number as the verification channel.
How It Works: When you register with Whapi.Cloud, you’ll create a unique channel (an “instance”) for your WhatsApp account. This channel acts as the tool that performs checks on other numbers, making the entire process automated and efficient.
Connecting Your WhatsApp Account: On the channel setup page, you’ll see a QR code. Open the WhatsApp app on your mobile, tap the three dots in the top-right corner, go to “Linked Devices,” and then select “Link a Device.” Use your phone to scan the QR code, and your WhatsApp account will be ready for automated checks. For detailed instructions, check out our Authorization Guide.
Now that your channel is set up, here’s a quick guide to using the checker tool effectively:
From the Dashboard, go to Tools, and select the “Check WhatsApp Numbers” section — or simply jump straight to it here.
2. Choose Your Connected Channel Once you open the tool interface, start by selecting your connected WhatsApp channel. If you have multiple channels, select the one you prefer — or even better, connect several channels for faster, more efficient checks. The more channels, the quicker your checks will be completed.
3. Upload Your Number List File Next, upload your list of numbers. You’ll need a .csv file with a single column containing phone numbers in international format (without the plus sign). If you’re unsure about the format, you can download our example file here. Just choose File -> Make a copy and use this example to fill in your data.
4. System Check and Process Parameters The system will verify your file format and count the numbers. Then, you’ll see additional settings below — these are important for optimizing the checking process. The default values are recommended for best results, but you can adjust them as needed.
Note: Be cautious with extreme settings, like checking more than 1000 numbers per second or setting the interval between checks to less than a minute. Such high volumes and speeds can increase the risk of your WhatsApp account being flagged or blocked.
Understanding Risk Factors Automated number checking may appear as high-volume activity to WhatsApp algorithms. Unusual mass activity on your account can lead to temporary suspension. Appeals are straightforward, and restoring the number is typically easy, but we still recommend using a non-personal number for large-scale checks. Gradually scale up your checking volume, and always maintain intervals and breaks to minimize risks.
5. Background Processing and Results Once the checking process starts, you’re free to close the page — everything will run in the background. Return after a while to view your results. You’ll have options to download a consolidated file showing the validity status of each number, a list of valid numbers only, or a list of invalid numbers. You’ll also get an overall summary of your results.
That’s it! You’ve mastered the process! :)
